    Great location close to the centre of town, great new appliances and catering through local pubs is top notch! Super friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure a safe and pleasant stay. Thanks for the great brekkies! Will be back again :)

    Reasonable price, quiet & comfortable, a little dated but we hear that update is soon to happen. Lovely green outdoor area. Attentive staff; some kind of live larvae in the swimming pool (hundreds of them)was a big put off. Would have been 4 stars if not for the crappie pool. Look 4ward 2 returning when new owners have updated

    Thanks to a community minded business for donating a accommodation and hospitality to Captain Australia who has been walking from Brisbane to Melbourne since December 26 to raise money for The Childrens Cancer Council - he normally sleeps rough but giving safety and softness and a shower helps him achieve his goal and is a wonderful thing to do.If I'm ever in Sale I will be sure to visit.

    Nice clean rooms, very clean and well maintained property and VERY comfortable beds. I'd highly recommended staying there if you're in the area. Thank you Richard for a nice easy stay.

    We had one of the upstairs rooms, very dated, the carpet was dirty, stained and smelly and affected me. The reception was already closed so we couldnt ask for another room. We aired the room for an hour before sleeping and kept the windows open overnight.
    The bathroom had a refurb at some point, so thats ok, and the room has a fridge, espresso machine and microwave, but all that doesnt make up for the smell and lack of hygiene. I think a hotel room needs a certain standard of cleanliness, regardless of the price, and this room doesn't.
